These Terms & Conditions govern your use of perlanovia.com and any purchase from Perla Novia, a bridal atelier based in California. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Gowns
We take great care to present every gown accurately. Because screens and lighting vary, colors and fabric textures may appear slightly different in person. Gowns are offered in standard sizes; please consult our size guide before ordering.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Perla Novia never stores your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is complimentary on every order, and delivery typically takes 7–10 business days from order confirmation. You will receive tracking details by email once your gown ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Made to Order: Final Sale
Because each gown is made to order, all sales are final. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for cancellations, exceptions and refund times. Each gown is prepared especially for its bride, which is how we keep every piece special. You may cancel or change your size or color within 24 hours of placing your order, before your gown enters preparation, by emailing info@perlanovia.com with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your happiness matters deeply to us. If your gown arrives damaged, defective, or is not the gown you ordered, please contact us at info@perlanovia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the gown and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to Perla Novia or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perla Novia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
