Because each gown is made to order, all sales are final. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for cancellations, exceptions and refund times. Each gown is prepared exclusively for its bride. This is how we keep every piece special, and how we offer couture-inspired design at an accessible price.
Your 24-Hour Change Window
Changed your mind on a size or color? You have 24 hours after ordering to cancel or update your size or color, before your gown enters preparation. Simply email us at info@perlanovia.com with your order number.
Our Quality Guarantee
If your gown arrives damaged, defective, or is not the gown you ordered, we’ll make it right. Contact us at info@perlanovia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the gown and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
